In the Jobs section, you can see an overview of the number of applications for your jobs and which application stages they are in. By clicking on a candidate, you open the applicant profile.

In the Applications section, you can see an overview of all received applications. Here, too, you can open the applicant profile by clicking on a candidate.

The applicant profile initially displays the candidate's personal data, resume, responses to mandatory questions, and cover letter (if available).

Using the tabs under the name, you can jump directly to specific sections and the information contained therein.

Move the applicant to the next phase of the application process using the blue button to the right of the name: Open the drop-down menu with the arrow and select the appropriate status, such as "Pre-selection."

The applicant matching from softgarden is an AI-powered feature that visually highlights applications that best meet the requirements of a position, thus saving recruiters time.

The feature does not make automated decisions and is not activated by default. You can find more information about AI-powered applicant matching here.

If you have already received qualified applications from other sources, you can easily add them to softgarden to manage everything in one place.

On the left side, a thumbs rating can be given—allowing individual members of the job team to easily indicate whether, in their opinion, the applicant should be invited to the next step.

On the right side, there's the option to exchange views with colleagues of the job team via team chats and to leave personal notes (visible only to the author).

Initiate correspondence with the applicant in each phase of the process via the 'Write Email' button at the top right.

Alternatively, you can reject the applicant directly from this view using the 'Reject' button at the top right.

In the job team section, all colleagues collaborating on the posting are displayed.
