If you are working with an external partner who is not a direct softgarden partner, applications cannot be imported directly into your softgarden system. One solution is to use the softgarden Frontend API, which is designed for application processes on your own career site.
By default, applications submitted through this method are assigned the source 'Customer Job Portal.' To ensure that applications received via an external partner can be tracked separately, you must specify a unique source for these applications.
To do this, you first need to define specific sources in the softgarden settings and adjust the channels for candidates accordingly.
