With softgarden, you can invite candidates to time-shifted interviews in Talentcube directly from the system and view the results.

Basic settings such as defining questions and job codes can be made directly in Talentcube. Talentcube will support you in this process.

To use the integration of Talentcube in softgarden, you need an active license of Talentcube. Afterwards, please activate the integration in the softgarden marketplace or contact us.

An API access for Talentcube is required for the integration in softgarden. You can obtain this directly from Talentcube. Then enter the access data under the menu item Integrations in the softgarden settings.

An interview with Talentcube can be defined as a workflow step in softgarden.
To do this, please create a new application step in a new user-defined application process. Select "Schedule assessment" as the workflow action.

Then you can create a new job with this application process and use the Talentcube integration.

In the window that opens, you can select a job code created in Talentcube.

In the next step, you invite the candidate.
​Important: If you use your own template, be sure to store the macro for the invitation link.

The status cards will update accordingly as a result.

You will also find an overview in the Assessment tab.

As soon as an assessment is completed, you will be notified by mail.
The result is then displayed in the Assessment tab.

You can automatically invite candidates once a certain workflow step has been reached. To do this, you add a configuration in a custom workflow and select the assessment and the email template to use. Editing these values is possible at any time.

In the Assessment tab, you can also invite candidates to a Talentcube interview independently of the defined application process.

Important: If the assessment is not part of a user-defined application process, the current status is only visible in the Assessment tab.
