Test your applicants' programming skills with Coding Assessment from codility.
Details about Codility can be found in the softgarden Marketplace.

With softgarden you can invite candidates directly from the system to online coding assessments in Codility and view the results.

Basic settings such as the creation of assessments can be made directly in Codility. Support is available from Codility.
To use the integration of Codility in softgarden, you need an active license. Afterwards, please contact softgarden Support to activate the integration.

For the integration in softgarden an API access for Codility is required which you can generate in the settings. Please refer to this documentation.

Then enter the created access credentials under the menu item Integrations in the softgarden settings.

An assessment with Codility can be defined as a workflow step in softgarden.

To do so, please create a new application step in a new custom application process. Add "Schedule Assessment“ as the workflow action in this step.

Afterwards you can create a new job using this application process and make use of the Codility integration.

Move the applicant to a workflow step to which the action "Schedule Assessment" is assigned.

In the dialog box that opens, you can select a Codility assessment.
In the next step you invite the candidate.

Important: If you use your own template, you must include the macro for the invitation link.

The status cards will be updated accordingly.

You will also find an overview of the process on the Assessment tab.

As soon as an assessment is completed, you will be notified by e-mail.
The result is then displayed in the Assessment tab. Here you can view the result directly and open the detailed report in Codility.

You can automatically invite candidates once a certain workflow step has been reached. To do this, you add a configuration in a custom workflow and select the assessment and the email template to use. Editing these values is possible at any time.

In the Assessment tab, you can also invite candidates to a codility assessment independently of the defined application process.

Important: If the assessment is not part of a user-defined application process, the current status is only visible in the Assessment tab.
