BEX SANSCREEN is your assurance that sanctions lists are checked without additional manual effort and you are automatically alerted of suspicious persons.

With softgarden you can check candidates directly from the system on the common sanctions lists.

To use the integration of BEX SANSCREEN in softgarden you need an active license of BEX. Afterwards please contact softgarden support to activate the integration.

For the integration in softgarden an API access for BEX SANSCREEN is required. You will get these credentials directly from BEX.
Then enter the credentials under the menu item Integrations in the softgarden settings.

New candidates are automatically checked with BEX SANSCREEN after receipt of application. This process might take a few minutes. During the screening applicants cannot be moved to the next step.

If there are no potential hits on the sanctions lists, the status card is updated accordingly and the activity is documented transparently for you in the application history in the candidate profile.

If the automated check fails in case of a potential hit, the candidate must be checked manually.

To do this, open the screening report and check the displayed potential hits for matches.

Important: As long as no manual check has been performed, you cannot move the candidate to the next step in the application process.

If a hit is wrongly available, you can unlock the applicant.

You can then move the candidate further in the application process. The history in the candidate profile will document this process transparently for you.
